This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus (EU). The server is located in a data centre in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. On our behalf, Hostinger processes all data generated when operating the website (server log files, order and form data, e-mails). Static content is additionally delivered via Hostinger\u2019s content delivery network (CDN); your IP address is transmitted to the nearest CDN node. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hostinger. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (secure and fast operation of the website).<\/p>\n
On every visit the server automatically stores: IP address, date and time, page accessed, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data serves security and error analysis and is deleted after 14 days at the latest, unless a security-related evaluation is required. To speed up the site, pages are cached on the server (LiteSpeed Cache); no personal data is stored in the process. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.<\/p>\n
We use only technically necessary cookies, for which no consent is required (\u00a7 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG): basket and session cookies of the WooCommerce shop system (wp_woocommerce_session, woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart; valid for up to 48 hours), the ordering system\u2019s cookies for your chosen order type and time (service_type, service_date, service_time; 30 minutes) and login cookies for administrators. The language selection (German\/English) is made via the page address without a cookie. No tracking, analytics or advertising cookies are set. You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time; the ordering process may then not work.<\/p>\n
To process your order we process: first and last name, delivery address, phone number, e-mail address, the content of the order (dishes, sizes, extras, notes), order type (delivery\/collection) and requested time, and your entries in the \u201cOrder notes\u201d field. We need the phone number for queries and so that the driver can reach you. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. The shop system (WooCommerce with the Germanized extension) runs on our server at Hostinger; no data is transmitted to the software vendors.<\/p>\n
Orders are transferred to our point-of-sale system (WinOrder) on the premises so that the kitchen can prepare them and the driver can deliver them. The POS system runs locally in our shop; no data is transmitted to external service providers.<\/p>\n
You can order as a guest. If you create a customer account, we store your data until the account is deleted, which you can request at any time by e-mail. We must retain order data for six or ten years for commercial and tax law reasons (\u00a7 147 AO, \u00a7 257 HGB).<\/p>\n
Cash payment: when paying in cash on delivery or collection, no payment data is transmitted to third parties.<\/p>\n
PayPal: if we offer payment via PayPal and you choose it, the data required for the payment (name, amount, order number) is transmitted to PayPal (Europe) S.\u00e0 r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22\u201324 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg. If you contact us via the contact form, by e-mail or by telephone, we process your details (name, e-mail address, message) to handle the enquiry. The contact form sends the details as an e-mail to our mailbox; they are not stored in the website\u2019s database. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with and no statutory retention obligations apply.<\/p>\n
Via the sign-up form on the home page you can give us your e-mail address to receive information about offers and promotions. The address is sent to us by e-mail and kept in a list in our mailbox; no external newsletter service is involved. The sign-up form runs with the WordPress plugin Contact Form 7 on our own server; it sets no cookies and passes your details to no third party. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), which you can revoke at any time with effect for the future, e.g. by e-mail to info@pizzalamammawds.de. After revocation your address is deleted from the list.<\/p>\n
We send order confirmations and replies to enquiries via the mailbox info@pizzalamammawds.de, which is also operated by Hostinger International Ltd. (see section 3). Incoming e-mails are forwarded to the owner\u2019s mailbox.<\/p>\n
On the contact page we embed a Google Maps map. When the page is opened, only a preview image stored by us is shown at first; no connection to Google is established. The preview is a static map image based on OpenStreetMap data (\u00a9 OpenStreetMap contributors, Open Database License) served from our own server \u2013 no connection to OpenStreetMap servers is made. Only when you click \u201cLoad map\u201d is the map loaded from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Your IP address and browser data are then transmitted to Google; transfer to Google LLC in the USA is possible. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. In the \u201cStreet and house number\u201d field of the checkout you receive address suggestions as you type. For this, the text you enter is sent together with a fixed search coordinate of our delivery area to the geocoding service Photon of komoot GmbH, Berlin (photon.komoot.io, data from OpenStreetMap); the service sees your IP address. The request is only made when you type in the field, and without cookies. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (correct delivery address).<\/p>\n
Via the \u201cUse my location\u201d button you can voluntarily have your device\u2019s location determined; your browser asks for permission first. The coordinates are sent once to Photon to determine the address and are not stored. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, \u00a7 25 (1) TDDDG).<\/p>\n
For every order we store the coordinates of the selected delivery address so that our driver can find the address via a navigation link (Google Maps, opened only in our order system and in the order e-mail to us \u2013 not embedded on the website). They are kept together with the order.<\/p>\n
The fonts used are stored on our server; no fonts are loaded from Google or other providers. The English version of the website is delivered via the TranslatePress plugin from our own database; no data is transmitted to external translation services.<\/p>\n
We do not use web analytics services (e.g. Google Analytics), advertising or tracking services, or social network plugins. Links to our social media profiles are plain links; data is only transmitted when you click the link. Comments on this website are disabled.<\/p>\n
